All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice sent with the order. Returns will not be processed without the original invoice. Items must be returned within 14 days - no returns are accepted after 14 days from purchase date. Product must be in new, unused condition (no pet hair, odors, signs of wear, etc.).
Replacement items for exchanges are not guaranteed to be in stock. If not available a credit will be issued. Once we receive a return, it can take up to 2-3 weeks to process your order and either credit your account or ship your exchange. Your credit card company may require up to an additional 5-7 days to post the credit to your account.
You may repackage the item(s) in the original packaging.

What about return shipping & handling?
When a customer decides to process a return through Envirosurfer, it will be up to you to pay the return shipping. We ship all exchanges for free when the new order is created. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement product to you. There is no charge for exchanges or product mistakes on our behalf.
What is considered returnable merchandise?
We will accept the return of new and unworn product. This means no human or pet hair allowed on the merchandise. Items that come to us smelling of smoke, cologne, or detergent will not be accepted. Pretty much anything that doesn’t smell new. Footwear must not be worn and have the original packaging (if any) and have the tags still attached (if attached).
What if I received a defective/incorrect product?
Defective Merchandise: Envirosurfer cannot guarantee the exchange for a defective item. This is because the item might no longer be in stock or that the item might look defective. What we mean is that sometimes vendors make worn out looking items for that look. If the item is believed to be defective please return the item noting the reason for the return on the receipt. Incorrect items: Unfortunately, these mistakes do happen from time to time. We try our best to avoid them in shipping but once in a while they slip past us. If for any reason that you receive the incorrect merchandise, please return your incorrect item with the original invoice. We will ship out the correct item with free shipping. If the item is no longer in stock we will issue a complete credit. No express return shipping reimbursement will be permitted.
What happens if something I order is out of stock?
Our policy is to ensure that all of our products are available for shipment upon receipt of the customer order. However, nobody is perfect and unfortunately there may be an occasion where we may have a product that is temporarily out-of-stock. Our pledge to our customers is that we will make every effort to fill the order as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to process my return and/or credit?
Once returns are received we process them as soon as possible. However, this can, especially during certain times of the year, take longer than expected. Usually, we have returns fully processed within 2-3 weeks, this includes reshipment and/or credit. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to display the credit to your card.
